塔中11油田志留系注入水水质标准研究

摘　　要：针对塔中11油田开发的实际情况,室内研究了溶解氧、CO2、细菌对注入水腐蚀性的影响;评价了悬浮物含量、悬浮物粒径、细菌和Fe3+对岩心渗透率的影响程度,确定了塔中11油田志留系注水水质指标。试验结果表明:注入水中含氧量应≤0·5mg/L,CO2含量应≤2·5mg/L;腐生菌TGB含量应≤104个/ml,铁细菌IB含量应≤103个/ml,硫酸盐还原菌含量应≤104个/ml;悬浮物粒径应≤5μm,悬浮物含量应<7·5mg/L,Fe3+含量应≤5mg/L。回注污水含油量应<10mg/L。In consideration of the actual situation in Tazhong-11 Oilfield, a laboratory study is performed on the effects of dissolved oxygen, CO_2 and bacteria on the corrosion of injected water, the influencing level of suspended matter, its particle size, bacteria and Fe~ 3+ on core permeability is evaluated, and the standard of injected water quality in Tazhong-11 Oilfield is established. The test result shows that the oxygen content in injected water shall be ≤0.5mg/L, CO_2 content shall be ≤2.5mg/L; bacteria TGB content shall be ≤10~4 piece/ml, IB content shall be ≤10~3 piece/ml, content of sulfate reducing bacteria shall be ≤10~4 piece/ml, the suspended particle size shall be ≤5μm, the suspended matter content shall be <7.5mg/L, Fe ~3+ content shall be ≤5mg/L, oil content in recirculated sewage shall be <10mg/L.
