摘　　要：运用数据包络分析法,以河北省15家主要高新技术开发区为研究对象,对其进行投入产出相对效率分析。结果表明石家庄、邢台、承德、唐山、廊坊燕郊、保定涿州、唐山丰南7家效率高,而其余8家效率较低,并进一步分析了其效率低的原因。This paper employs the methodology of Data Envelopment Analysis to investigate the input-output efficiency of 15 high and new technology enterprise development zones in Hebei. Results indicate that Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, Chengde, Tangshan,Yanjiao,Zhuozhou,Fengnan are relatively efficient, while the rest 8 zones are relatively inefficient. Moreover, the paper also interprets why the 8 zones are inefficient.
