摘　　要：介绍了面向对象思想中设计模式的概念,着重阐述了MVC设计模式的体系结构和J2EE技术,提出了1种适用于中小型网站的基于J2EE和MVC模式的Web应用开发方法,并以某公司人事管理的web应用设计开发为例介绍了此方法的应用。The paper introduces the concept of design pattern in object-oriented method, and then analyses emphatically the MVC design pattern and the technology of .12EE. We provides an approach for Web application program based on MVC and. J2EE that can be used in small and middle-sized websites . At last ,we describe the application of this method with an example of personnel administration of a company.
