摘　　要：采用Multisim软件设计PN结温度传感器应用系统,着重探讨其Multisim仿真模型的建立与电路的优化设计,实现了良好的仿真结果.This paper discusses a design of the PN junction temperature sensor application system based on Multisim software, mainly deals with the set-up of the model of Multisim and the optimal design of the circuit, it also presents a better simulation result.
