摘　　要：目的:探讨全髋关节置换术后早期脱位的防治。方法:通过回顾性分析总结本院全髋关节置换术病人发生早期脱位的原因及处理方法。137例全髋关节置换病例中有7例发生术后早期脱位,其中2例因假体位置不良行翻修术。其余施行单纯复位手术,树脂绷带短腿髋关节外展支具固定等治疗。结果:所有病例经治疗后,功能恢复满意,无再次脱位发生。结论:术后早期脱位的影响因素较多,据病人的具体情况,进行适当的处理。树脂绷带短腿髋关节外展支具固定是一种效果较为理想的固定方法。Objective To investigate the preventing and treatment method for early postoperative hip joint dislocation. Methods The retrospective study was carried out for the treatment of early dislocation after total hip arthroplasty. The patients were treated with operation, reduction and resin bandage fixation according to their conditions. Results After treatment all patients obtained satisfactory function, none redislocation were found. Conclusions Many factors affecting postoperative hip dislocation. The treatment method should be chose according to their conditions. Resin bandage fixation was an satisfactory one.
