Influence of Gualou Xiebai Decoction on Lung Tissues and SOD Vatality in Blood Serum of Rats with Pulmonary Fibrosis

摘  要:目的:探讨瓜蒌薤白汤防治肺纤维化作用及机理。方法:用平阳霉素复制大鼠肺纤维化模型后,中药组每天灌胃瓜蒌薤白汤,28d后处死,观察、比较各组大鼠肺部病理组织学改变、肺组织及血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力。结果:模型组大鼠肺泡炎及纤维化程度明显高于正常对照组及中药组,肺组织及血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力均明显低于正常对照组及中药组(P<0.05)。结论:瓜蒌薤白汤能明显减轻平阳霉素所致的大鼠肺泡炎及纤维化程度,提高肺组织及血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力。Objective: To probe the mechanism of action of preventing and treating pulmonary fibrosis by Gualou Xiebai Decoction. Methods: The model rats with puhmonary fibrosis were made by Pingyangmycin Hydrochloride. And then the Chinese Drug Group were given Gualou Xiebai Decoction every day ,and they were killed 28 days later. The lung histopathologic change and SOD vatality in lung tissues and blood serum of rats in different groups were observed and compared. Results: The Modelled Group had an evidently higher degree of alveolitis and fibrosis than that of the Controlled Group and the Chinese Drug Group, and an obviously lower SOD vatality in lung tissues and blood serum than that of the Controlled Group and the Chinese Drug Group(P〈0.05). Conclusion :Gualou Xiebai Decoetion can evidently decrease the degree of alveolitis and fibrosis caused by Pingyangmycin and improve the SOD vitality in lung tissues and blood serum.
