苯甲酰脲类衍生物的合成及生物活性研究

摘　　要：为寻找高效、低毒的新农药,依据活性基团拼接原理,合成了9个具有肟醚结构的苯甲酰脲类化合物。目标化合物的结构经1HNMR、IR、元素分析、LC/MS进行了确证。初步生测结果表明,化合物Va、Vi在1000mg/L时对粘虫有100%的活性。Aimed to find new pesticide with high activity and low toxicity, nine novel benzoyl ureas containing oxime-ether group were synthesized according to bioisoster principle. All compounds were confirmed by ^1H NMR, IR, element analysis and LC/MS. The preliminary bioassay showed that new compounds Va and Vi had 100% activity against Mythirnna Separata at 1000 mg/L.
