摘　　要：用(2S,3S)-(-)-酒石酸于水中拆分消旋1-氨基-2-丙醇,然后用强酸性阳离子树脂分离,得到核苷类药物合成中间体(R)-(-)-1-氨基-2-丙醇,收率66.6%,拆分剂可直接回收利用。Racemic 1-amino-2-propanol was resolved with use of （2S, 3S）- （-）-tartaric acid, and （R） -（-） -1-amino-2-propanol was separated from the diastereoisomeric salt by strong acid cation exchange resin in 66.6 % yield. （2S,3S） - （-） -Tartaric acid could be reused in a subsequert resolution step.
