摘　　要：建立了比色法测定胆固醇软膏的含量。用甲醇-氯仿(1∶2)提取,邻苯二甲醛-冰乙酸-浓硫酸显色,于555nm处比色测定。结果显示,胆固醇在120～200μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),回收率大于98%(RSD<1.5%)。A colorimetric method for determination of cholesterol ointment was established. Cholesterol was extracted with methanol-trichloromethane （1 ： 2）, color developed by o-phthalaldehyde-glacial acetic acid-H2SO4, and then determined at the detection wavelength of 555nm. The calibration curve of cholesterol was linear in the concentration range of 120 - 200μg/ml （r=0.9999）. The average recovery was more than 98% （RSD〈 1.5%）.
