摘  要:阿奇霉素与茜素红在乙醇-水溶液中发生荷移反应,由此建立了荷移分光光度法测定阿奇霉素片的含量。荷移反应生成1∶2型络合物,最大吸收波长为538nm,摩尔吸收系数为1.23×104L·mol-1·cm-1。阿奇霉素在10~60μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。含量测定结果与HPLC法结果基本相符。A spectrophotometric method based on the charge-transfer reaction between azithromycin and alizarin red in aqueous ethanolic solution was established for the determination of azithromycin tablets. The composition ratio of the complex was 1 :2, and the apparent molar absorptivity was 1.23 × 10^4 L·mol^-1.cm^-1 at maximum absorption wavelength of 538nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10 - 60μg/ml. The results were comparable with those by HPLC.
