摘　　要：我国企业债券市场的均衡分析与一般的均衡分析有重大区别,即必须以供给分析、需求分析和预算约束分析相结合,才能对我国企业债券市场的合理规模得出科学的结论。在构建了我国企业债券市场的均衡分析理论的基础上,笔者对我国企业债券市场的实际规模进行了测算,结论是我国企业债券市场必然会得到巨大发展。In this article, we think that there are great difference between the proportional analysis in the market of debenture and the general proportional analysis, we should integrate the supply analysis, the need analysis and the budget restriction analysis to draw the conclusion on the reasonable scale of our debenture market. And on the basis of the proportional analysis in the debenture, we test the real scale of our debenture market. So we think that our debenture market will develop quickly.
