摘  要:针对复二重线材中、精轧配辊工艺中存在的主要问题,实施了修改轧辊辊径、调整轧辊材质等改进措施,使堆拉钢系数更加科学合理化,稳定了生产工艺,降低了生产成本,取得了明显的经济效益.In view of the problems associated with the pass positioning of the intermediate and finishing mills in a double duo wire mill, modifications, such as altering the roller radius and replacing the roller material, were made so as to optimize the stacking/drawing ratio. As a result of the modifications, the production process was stabilized, the production cost cut down, and a striking economic benefit gained.
