摘　　要：为了使传统的PHS(小灵通)系统接入到基于IP通信协议的下一代网络,文章首先简要介绍了整个PHS接入系统的总体结构和功能,同时按照具体接入点的不同,列出了可供选择的2种接入方案,着重介绍了如何对现有的专用PBX交换机的功能进行扩充,把基站控制功能植入其中,使其除了支持PHS系统普通呼叫的所有情况以外,更增加了对于PS手机终端的登记、鉴权和漫游等功能,并对PBX的核心———MPC的内部普通呼叫流程进行了阐述。最后简要介绍了对IP侧呼叫服务器的功能扩展。In order to connect PHS system to the next generation network which is based on IP protocol, this paper introduces the entire access system structure and function firstly, put forward two accessing schemes which can be selected; then focuses on the first scheme i. e. how to expand the existing PBX function,which will add the control function of cell station to it. The innovation will not only support all the cases in the normal call of PHS system, but also will enhance the PS mobile phone terminal functions of registration,authentication,roaming and so on. This paper also describes the normal call flow of MPC, which is the core of PBX, and briefly introduces the function extension of call server by the IP side.
