摘　　要：将数字图像处理技术成功地应用于包装线上的中药丸在线计数,组成了一种低成本、高精度、全自动化的快速中药丸电子计数系统。该系统在机械取丸粗计数的基础上,采用数字图像处理技术完成了两次细计数,保证了数丸的高精度。全系统已经通过了试验验收。在中药和西药包装线上均具有较大的实用价值和推广价值。This paper gave an introduction about the development of a low-cost, high-precision, high-speed and full automatic system of Chinese traditional pills＇ on-line electronic counting and successfully applied on the packing product line. Based on rough counting of mechanic fetch pills, the system realized twice electronic minutia counting based on technique of digital image processing. This guaranteed the high precision. The whole system has been checked and accepted in experiment, and has the great practical and popularizing value to the Chinese traditional medicine and Western medicine packaging line.
