摘  要:针对传统的除铁水处理采用曝气氧化加过滤方法的不足,提出一种利用电化学除铁的油田污水处理新技术,该技术中不需添加化学药剂且无二次污染,其作用机理是利用阳极(不溶性)反应产生的新生态氧将Fe2+氧化成Fe3+,进而水解形成氢氧化铁胶体,再通过过滤去除。阴极反应生成的OH-引起pH值上升,提高了氧化速度;产生的微气泡促使高铁胶体集聚成较大的颗粒,改善了过滤条件。电流密度越高,除铁能力越强,但电流效率下降。试验采用的电流密度为4.0mA/cm2、通电率为50C/L,水流通过单程处理后,含铁的质量浓度由14.0mg/L降至0.1mg/L以下。In the light of the disadvantages of the tradition method for ferrum removal from water, a new technique for ferrum removal from the oilfield waste water by electrochemical method is put forward. By means of this new technique, no chemical medicament is needed to be added and secondary pollution is avoided. The oxygen produced from the anodic reaction changes Fe2+ into Fe3+, and forms Fe(OH)3 colloid which is then removed through filtering. OH- produced from the cathodic reaction causes the rise of pH value, and improves the oxidation rate; the mini air bubble produced makes the Fe colloid form large particles that can be filtered easily. The higher the current density, the easier the removal of the ferrum, but the current efficiency may be reduced. The current density adopted in the experiment is 4.0 mA/cm2, and the current passing rate 50 C/L. After a single-circulation treatment, the ferrum content in the water is reduced from 14.0 mg/L to less than 0.1 mg/L. .
