边缘化地区核心竞争力提升的产业生态化创新策略

摘　　要：边缘化地区社会经济发展落后,自我发展能力弱,投资引诱力不强,在区域发展过程中处于竞争劣势地位。产业生态化是边缘化地区提升区域核心竞争力的战略选择。本文以安徽省池州市为例,从提升区域核心竞争力的角度提出了边缘化地区产业生态化创新的对策措施,即:基于区域比较优势建立区域生态经济系统、进行产业结构整合优化、创立生态产业园区等。In marginal districts, the development of society and economy has been to fall behind, the ability of self-development is weak, and the attractiveness of investment is deficient while developing. Innovation of industrial ecology is strategic choice of promoting the core competitiveness in marginalized districts. This article, taking Chizhou city, Anhui Province as an example, from the angle of promoting core competencies of the region, puts forward to the countermeasures of innovation of industrial ecology. In view of considerable advantages of the district, innovation of industrial ecology of marginal districts is to be carried on, such as, establishment of system of regional eco-economy; reorganization and optimization of industrial structure; foundation of ecological industry garden etc.
