摘　　要：目的:观察杏丁注射液对早期糖尿病肾病患者的血糖、尿蛋白、血流变等的影响。方法:将尿微量蛋白排泄率30～300mg/24h的糖尿病患者64例随机分为两组,对照组30例,进行常规降血糖、控制血压、调脂等治疗;治疗组34例,在对照组治疗基础上静脉滴注杏丁注射液4周。比较两组治疗前后血糖、肾功能、总胆固醇、尿蛋白、血流变等变化。结果:治疗后尿蛋白、血流变治疗组明显改善,对照组无明显变化,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:杏丁注射液通过扩血管、抗血栓、抗自由基损伤、改善微循环等作用对糖尿病肾病产生一定的保护作用。objective ： To explore the effect of Xinding injection on blood sugar, urinary albumen, blood flow of early diabetic mephropathy patients. Methods： 64 cases of diabetic mephropathy with 30~ 300mg/h urinary albumin were randomly divided into A group （30 cases） and B group （34 cases）. A group were treated by routine method including decreasing blood sugar, controlling blood pressure and adjusting fat. B group was injected by Xinding for four weeks after routine treatment. The blood sugar, kidney function, total TCH, urinary albumen and were compared. Results： After treatment the urinary albumen and hemorheology in A group were obviously improved and those in B group were little changed. The comparison between two groups has significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Xinding injection has protective function on diabetic nephropathy by expanding blood vessel,changing micro circulation.
