摘　　要：复发性自然流产是一种常见的妊娠并发症,病因极其复杂,其中不明原因者约占40%～80%。近几年研究表明,不明原因反复自然流产主要与免疫因素有关。该文对近几年来不明原因反复自然流产的免疫病因及其治疗进展作以综述。The causes of recurrent spontaneous abortion（RSA）, a common pregnancy complication, are very complex, About 40 %-8096 of RSA are unexplained, In recent years, many researches on unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion revealed that URSA is mainly related to immunological factors. In this article, progress in study on immunopathology and immunotherapy of URSA were summarized,
