经腰部开放手术在活体供肾切取中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨开放手术在切取活体亲属供肾移植中的应用.方法总结我科2003年6月至2004年11月期间行4例开放手术活体供肾切取的经验和体会.结果4例均成功切取左肾,手术时间120～150 min,热缺血时间15～45 s,移植后无移植肾功能延迟恢复,肾功能在2～4 d恢复正常,供者于6～8 d恢复出院.结论开放手术切取活体供肾方法可靠,供肾质量好.Objective To investigate the operative techniques of open operation in live relative donor nephrectomy and evaluate the feasibility,safety. Methods Clinical data of 4 donors with open operation in live donor nephrectoray were retrospectively analyzed, including clinical situation,methods of operation, recovery and prognosis. Results The left kidneys of the donors were successftdly harvested, the operation time varied from 120 rain to 150 min, warm ischeraia time 15 s to 45 s. The allografts were implanted into the recipients and produced urine at 1 to 3 rain upon reperfusion, and serum creatinine of the recipients decreased rapidly. There was no rejection and complications in relation to the operative techniques. The donors had a short hospitalization of 6 and 7 days postoperatively. Conclusion The open operation of live donor nephrectoray is technically feasible and safe, and has little influence on the function of the allograft.
