北京大学医学部教工高血压患者现状及危险等级评估

摘　　要：目的了解北京大学医学部(简称北医)教工高血压患病情况及其主要危险因素,为防治提供依据。方法2002年4月,北京大学医学部对北医35岁以上2840名教工进行体检,共检出高血压患者462人。2002年5月-2004年10月,随机抽取其中的242名高血压患者作为研究对象,对其进行危险等级评估。结果1、2、3级高血压所占比例分别为13.64%,44.21%,42.15%;靶器官损害检出率分别为眼底动脉硬化2级以上69.01%,血肌肝↑40.08%,脑卒中33.88%;75岁以上组高血压患者伴发相关疾病的风险相对较高。结论高血压为多因素综合所致,年龄、家族遗传及不良生活方式是高血压发病的主要危险因素;高血压并发相关疾病的防治重点应倾向于75岁以上的老年人群。Objective In order to study the hypertension prevalence and evaluate its related risk factors in hypertension people working in the Health Science Centre of Peking University. Methods 2 840 （M：I 382, F：I 458） staff and faculties aged 35 years old and above were screened with physical examination and 462 （M：209, F：253） of them were diagnosed in hypertension in April 2002.An analysis on the risk factors of hypertension was made in a random sample of 242 hypertension patients. Result The results showed that period prevalence of hypertension of all 2 840 persons was 16.27 percent （M：15.12%, F：17.35%）; the constitutional ratio of the class 1, class 2 and class 3 hypertension in this 242 hypertension patients was 13.64, 44.21 and 42.15%, respectively. The damage rates of target organs were 69.01% for arteriosclerosis in eyeground with grade 2 and more classification,40.08% for those whose creatinine （Cr） were more than 106μmol/L and 33.88% for stroke, respectively. The patients in group with seventy five years old and more had higher risks for hypertension companied with related illness. Conclusion Hypertension was induced by many risk factors.The main risk factors for target organs damage included ageing, heredity and lacking exercise. The treatment and prevention of the hypertension related illness should be inclined to the population with more than 75 years old.
