摘　　要：目的探讨三甲基硫赶磷酸酯在甲胺磷农药中毒检验中的作用。方法利用气-质联用仪器(GC-MS)分析了甲胺磷中毒者的检材(血,胃内容物)。结果检出了O,O,S三甲基硫赶磷酸酯,却未检出甲胺磷。结论研究了这一现象的原因和确定了O,O,S三甲基硫赶磷酸酯(O,O,S-TMTP)可作为甲胺磷中毒的佐证物。Objective To establish a method for identification of methamidophos poisoning by the presence of o, o, s-trimehylthiophosphate Methods the samples were pre-treated and analyzed by GC/MS. Results It was shown by the results of GC-MS-analysis of the testing materials （blood, Contents in stomach etc） taken from persons poisoned with methamidophos that 0, 0, S-TMTP was found in all the samples, and no methamidophos was detected. Conclusion Through a thorough study on the reason of the above phenomenon,it was confirmed that the presence of 0, 0, S-TMTP can be taken as a proof of methamidophos poisoning.
