摘　　要：采用分子设计和粒子设计的原理,制备出高固含量丙烯酸酯共聚乳液胶粘剂,乳液稳定性、粘接强度、耐水性较好。研究了共聚单体配比、功能单体(丙烯酸)的用量及其加入方式、引发剂、乳化剂、工艺参数等对丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液性能的影响。The high solid content acrylate copolymer emulsion was prepared based on principles of molecule design and particle design. The effect of various factors such as types and composition of comonomers, amounts of intiator and emulsifier, and process parameters on the properties of the resulted acrylate copolymer emulsion was studied in detail. The emulsion has been successfully applied as pressure-sensitive adhesive.
