光固化夹层安全玻璃胶粘剂的制备及应用

摘　　要：介绍一种以丙烯酸酯为主要原料,在过氧化苯甲酰引发剂作用下,形成预聚物,再向预聚物中添加适量的光引发剂、交联剂、增塑剂等而制备的胶粘剂。可在阳光或灯光照射下固化,可用于汽车风挡用夹层安全玻璃、夹层防弹玻璃的生产。并对光固化安全夹层玻璃制备过程易出现的问题和相应的解决办法进行了探讨。In this paper, a prepolymer was prepared with acrylate. In the process of preparation, benzoyl peroxide was initiator. The adhesive achieved by adding proper amount of photoinitiator , crosslinking and plasticizers to the prepolymer was solidified under sunlight or lamplight. The adhesive can be used in the production of sandwich safety glass in the cars and sandwich bulletproof glass. At the same time, the problem in the preparation of sandwich glass and their resolvents were also discussed.
