摘　　要：通过静态和动态模拟试验,1500套设备清洗应用表明,H-2005型缓蚀剂是一种低剂量、高效、无毒的固体粉剂。它易于包装、运输、贮存、携带方便、使用安全,它可与十多种酸洗介质配合应用,都取得好的缓蚀效果,对碳钢有很好的抗氢脆能力,其主要指标达到或超过lan-826产品水平,经多年现场应用取得好的社会效益和经济效益。Through static and dynamic simulative tests, the practical acid-cleaning applications to 1500 apparatuses showed that the corrosion inhibitor typed H-2005 was a nontoxic powdered agent being applied in low dosage and high efficiency . It could be packed, transported,stored and carried in a easy way , safe for application. It has been found that this kind corrosion inhibitor could compound with any of the selected 10-odd acid-cleaning mediums into different formulae,showing high corrosion-inhibiting efficiency , and giving the apparatuses＇carbon steel parts quite an effect against hydrogen embattlement. The main quality standards of H-2005 reached and exceeded the typed 1an-826 product. For many years application of this kind inhibitor has brought much social and economic benefits.
