摘 要:通过对操作条件的优化分析,找到反应精馏塔最佳的操作条件为甲醇:碳酸丙烯酯摩尔比为4:1,回流比为3~5,压力为1.6~1.8kPa,温度为65~67℃.在此条件下进行酯交换反应,生成DMC和丙二醇的收率最高,甲醇和DMC则在精馏段形成共沸物;加压精流塔最佳操作条件为:进料量11000kg/h,DMC含量为26%~27%,泡点进料,压力为0.64~0.66MPa,温度120~130℃,回流比为2.5~3.5,甲醇与DMC由常压共沸组成变成高压共沸组成,改善二者的分离程度,提高DMC的收率.整个生产过程中无腐蚀性物质生成.在环保中具有重要的战略意义.By analyzing and optimizing the operating conditions ,the optimum operating parameters were obtained with the mole ratio of methanol to propylene carbonate ester 4 : 1 , the reflux ratio 3 - 5, the pressure rang 1.6 - 1.8kPa and the temperature in rectifying section 65 - 67℃. Under these condition the ester exchange-reaction could produce the highest yield of DMC and 1,2-dihydroxypropane. The azeotropic mixture of methanol and DMC was formed in the rectifying section;The optimum operating conditions in the pressured fractionating tower were obtained with the feed rate at bubble point state of 1100kg/h the DMC content 26% -27% , the pressure range 0.64 -0.66MPa, the temperature rang 120 - 130℃ and the reflux ratio 2.5 - 3.5. The aseoeropic composition of mathamol and DMC at tha atmospheric pressure was changed into that at the high pressure ,the separating degree of both was improved,and the yield of DMC was enhanced . There was no corrosive products during the whole production process.
