摘 要:本文简要介绍了磷酸的生产概况。采用上升液滴法研究了磷酸三丁酯从氯化物—磷酸体系中萃取磷酸的动力学。结果表明,磷酸的初始止向萃取速率随两相界面积、水相初始磷酸、盐酸浓度的增大而增大。磷酸三丁酯对磷酸的萃取可能属扩散控制模式。在实验基础上,建立了萃取动力学方程:R=4.71×10-8Cp0.70CC01.61,其计算值与实验值的相对标准偏差为4.82%。The extraction kinetics of phosphoric acid from the phosphoric acid - chloride system with tributyl phosphate(TBP) was investigated by means of rising drop method in this paper. The results show that the initial forward extraction rate of phosphoric acid increases by increasing interracial area between the two phases and the initial concentrations of hydrochloric acid and phosphoric acid in aqueous phase, and phosphoric acid extraction with TBP may be a diffusion controlling regime. The extraction rate equation was established from experimental results as follows: R = 4.71 × 10^-8Cp^0.70C^0.06Cl The relative standard deviaton of computed values from experimental data was found, to be 4.82%.
