摘　　要：目的:探讨丹参对重型烧伤患者毒血症及细胞因子水平的影响。方法:将36例重型烧伤患者随机分为治疗组(A组)和对照组(B组)。A组患者于伤后当日开始用药(丹参注射液10ml,每日1次,持续10d);B组给予相同体积等渗盐水。检测伤后1、3、7和10d两组患者血清内毒素(LPS)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)和白细胞介素6(IL6)的含量。结果:伤后第1d,两组血清LPS水平差异无显著性(P>0.05),但TNFα、IL6差异均有显著性(P均<0.05)。伤后第3d开始,A组血清LPS、TNFα和IL6含量均显著低于B组(P均<0.05)。结论:丹参能降低重型烧伤患者毒血症及细胞因子的水平,减轻烧伤后全身炎症反应综合征和多器官功能障碍综合征,提高治愈率。Objective： To investigate the effect of salvia mihiorrhiza injection on the toxemia and the serum levels of cytokines in patients with severe burn. Methods： Thirty- six patients with severe burn werer andomly divided into two groups： treatment group and control group. The salvia miltiorrhiza injection of 10 ml was given once a day from the injury day and lasted for 10 days. The patients in the control group weregiven the same volume of normal saline. The dynamic changes of lipopolysaccharide （LPS）, tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） and interleukin- 6 （IL- 6 ） levels were determined on 1, 3, 7 and 10 postburn days.Results： On the 1 st day, there was no significant difference on LPS level between two groups （P〉0. 05）, butthe differences of TNF -α and IL - 6 between two groups were significant （both P〈0. 05）. Compared with those in the control group from the 3 rd day, the levels of LPS, TNF - a, IL - 6 in the treatment groupdecreased obviously （all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in patients with severe burn can decrease the extent of toxemia and the serum levels of cytokines. It might be a supplementary measure onpreventing and ameliorating postburn systemic inflammatory response syndrome （SIRS）, multiple organ dysfunction syndrome （MODS） in severely burnt patients.
