摘  要:目的应用超声技术观察祛瘀消斑胶囊对动脉粥样硬化(AS)患者血脂、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素1(ET-1)及血管内皮功能的影响。方法80例AS患者随机分为实验组和对照组,超声检测血管内皮功能,并测定其血脂、NO及ET-1水平。结果治疗后实验组TC及LDL-C显著降低,且LDL-C显著低于对照组。实验组NO较治疗前及对照组显著升高,ET-1较治疗前显著降低(P均<0.05)。治疗后实验组反应性充血引起肱动脉内径的舒张较治疗前及对照组显著改善,而两组间肱动脉内径基础值和含服硝酸甘油后肱动脉内径的舒张无显著性差异。结论祛瘀消斑胶囊能显著降低血脂水平,改善NO/ET-1失衡,改善内皮依赖性血管舒张功能;高频超声技术可作为评价AS患者血管内皮功能的可靠方法。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Quyuxiaoban capsule on serum lipids, NO, ET1 and vascular endothelial function with high-frequency ultrasound in patients with atherosclerosis (AS) . Methods Eighty patients with AS were divided randomly into the study group treated with Quyuxiaoban capsule and the control group. At beginning and at the end of 6^th month of the experiment, blood samples of serum lipids, NO and ET1, and the endothelial function of brachial artery was measured with high frequency ultrasound. Results After treatment, TC, LDL-C and ET-1 in the study group was significantly decreased, and NO was increased and brachial flow-mediated dilatation was improved significantly compared with the control group and pretreatment. Conclusions Quyuxiaoban capsule can improve AS vascular endothelial dysfunction. High-frequency ultrasound imaging technique provides a reliable method in evaluating AS vascular endothelial function.
