摘　　要：目的探讨带拇背侧桡、尺侧皮神经营养血管蒂的岛状皮瓣修复拇指软组织缺损的可行性及临床效果。方法从1997年10月至2004年2月,利用拇背侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复拇指软组织缺损,并将皮瓣内皮神经与受区内指神经行外膜吻合,重建受区感觉。结果临床应用101例皮瓣,其中97例皮瓣均成活,1例皮瓣坏死,3例皮瓣部分坏死,经吻合神经后皮瓣能恢复部分感觉。结论该皮神经皮瓣手术操作简单,皮瓣外形好,部分皮瓣能恢复感觉,是修复拇指软组织缺损的较为理想方法。Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical result of repairing the thumb soft tissue defect with dorsal thumb neurocutaneous vasotrophic island flap. Methods All the cases of the thumb soft tissue defect were repaired by neurocutaneous vasotrophic island flaps, rebuilding the reciving area＇ s sense by dovetailing the cutaneous nerve and digital nerve from Oct. 1997 to Feb. 2004. Results Among 101 cases,97 eases suecessed, 1 case failed. 3 cases were partial necrotic,tile flaps which having dovetailed nerve acquired partial sense. Conclusion Neurocutaneous vasotrophic island flap is easy to operate,and has good appearance. Moreover,some of which can recover partial sense. It is an ideal method to repair thumb soft tissue defect.
