摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑推理法等方法,对大型体育赛事的互联网域名保护进行研究。论述了大型体育赛事域名的商业价值、域名侵权的危害、域名纠纷的法律调整机制存在的不足,并对加强大型体育赛事的域名保护提出了若干建议。By using the method of documentary and logical inference, this paper discusses the issues related to the legal protection of domain name of sports games, such as the fact of fight robbed and its harm, the legal adjustment and resolving system＇s shortcoming. Finally, some suggestions are provided to improve the protection of domain name of sports games.
