摘  要:借助动态机械分析仪(DMAQ800)考察了两种粘接层材料和两个位置的不同粘接层厚度对7层各向异性交替层合阻尼结构内耗特性的影响。结果表明,在低于阻尼层材料玻璃化转变温度附近,用压敏胶做粘接层材料,其结构内耗的温度特性优于用环氧树脂;在不同位置不同厚度对结构内耗的温频特性的影响不同,结构内耗的频率特性与粘接层材料及其厚度密切相关,刮涂越薄,结构内耗的温度特性越好。The influences of two kinds of bonding layer materials and different thicknesses at two locations on the internal friction characteristics of the seven layer anisotropic laminated damped structures were investigated by dynamic mechanical analyzer(DMA Q800). The experimental results show that the temperature characteristics of the structural internal friction with pressure sensitive adhesive as bonding materials are better than with epoxy resin while the experimental temperature is lower than the Tg of the damping material. The influences of different thicknesses at different locations on the temperature and frequency characteristics of internal friction are different, and the structural frequency characteristics keep close relation to the materials and the thicknesses, and the thicker the layer, the better the structural temperature characteristics.
