摘　　要：电气工程前期技术准备工作是否充分,直接关系到工程的进度、质量和成本,文章从审图、设计现场交底、提料、编制技术措施和作业指导书、对施工人员进行技术交底等方面,就前期技术准备工作如何参与成本控制介绍了经验。实践证明,前期工作准备充分,可以有效避免材料浪费、工程返工、人员窝工等问题,大大降低无效成本。This paper introduces the experience of controlling costs in the early stages of technical preparation related to drawing examination design explanation in situ material supply compiling technical measure and operational guidance book technological explanation for construction personnel etc.The practice proves that the sufficient preparation work in the early stages is able to effectively avoid problems such as material waste work to be done over again enforced idleness due to poor organization so that remarkably reduces the ineffective costs.
