摘  要:在实现了1hm2产量4536kg基础上,研究了新大豆2号产量构成、生长发育动态及生理生化指标。研究表明:产量垂直分布以中上部为主,下部也有一定的产量;开花至结荚时期是植株生长最快的时期,株高日增长2.14cm;鼓粒盛期叶面积达到最大(LAI:5.47),叶面积的动态变化属稳生稳降型;干物质积累以结荚鼓粒期最快,日增加463.5kg/hm2;总光合势199178.7m2/d,其中结荚鼓粒期至黄熟初期占总光合势63.6%;平均净光合生产率3.34g/m2·d,结荚至鼓粒期最高达8.7g/m2·d;NR酶花期最高,蔗糖酶活力和H2O2酶鼓粒期最高。The paper studies index of yield structure and physiology and biochemistry and growth change of Xindadou 2, on the basis of carrying out 4 536 kg/hm^2. The result indicated them was the highest yield at the middle - upper part, lower part has certain yield. Flowering to podding was the period at which plant grows fastest. Theplant height daily increases 2.14 em.The highest leaf area coefficient( LAI 5.47) was obtained at seed filling prosperous stage. The leaf area dynamic state variety steadily rose and sometime steadily deeled. Dry matter accumulation was fast at podding and seed filling, daily increases by 463.5 kg/hm^2, total photosynthetic potential was 199 178.7 m^2·d(the value from podding - filling to yellow familiar beginning for 63.6% of total) ,average net photosynthetic rate was 3.34 g/m^2·d(The highest one was up to 8.7 g/m^2·d at podding and seed filling).
