摘　　要：针对装备保障存在着物资供应管理中常见的"牛鞭效应"而严重制约装备保障效能发挥的现象,着重分析了基于供应链管理的装备保障系统的信息流,研究并提出了基于供应链管理的装备保障系统的体系结构.The phenomenon of bullwhip effect is familiar in material supply management of equipment support in our army. It restricts the exertion of equipment support efficiency severity. The supply chain management plays very important role in solving the problems in equipment support. Aiming at equipment support domain, this paper analyzes the equipment support information flow based on SCM. Furthermore, this paper studies the framework of equipment support system based on SCM.
