摘　　要：采用MPI软件对数码相机注塑外壳的成型问题进行CAE分析,通过分析结果来确定制品注塑成型中的浇口位置和数量,并对浇注系统进行优化,选择出填充均匀、熔接痕不明显和气穴位置集中的成型方案。This paper makes a CAE analysis of the injection molding for a shell of digital camera by applying MPI software, and accordingly, fixes on the gate locations and numbers of plastic part in injection molding processes and optimizes the runner systems. The paper also suggests the best molding project which is featured by uniform filing, unobvious weld line and centralized air traps.
