天竺醒脑颗粒抗老年性痴呆实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨天竺醒脑颗粒抗老年性痴呆的药理作用机制。方法:腹腔注射D-半乳糖制备大鼠老年性痴呆病理模型,应用Y形迷宫进行行为学检测并测定脑组织MDA含量和SOD活力。结果:天竺醒脑颗粒可改善拟痴呆动物的学习和记忆功能,并明显降低脑内MDA含量,使T-SOD和CuZn-SOD活力明显增强。结论:天竺醒脑颗粒抗老年性痴呆的药理作用与其抗氧化功能密切相关。subjects To study the mechanism of the pharmaeological effects of tianzhu xingnao granule on Alzheimer＇s Disease（AD）. Methods Alzheimer disease（AD）model rats induced by D-galactose intrapefitoneal,the behavior experiments was carried out by Y - maze and the content MDA and activity of SOD in brainwere detected. Results Tianzhu Xingnao granule can improve the learning and memory abilities obviously, moreover, it can reduce the content of MDA and increase the activity of SOD in brain effectively. Conclusion The treatment effect of Tianzhu Xingnao granule on AD is related with the anti - oxidation effect of it closely.
