摘  要:计算机集成制造(CIM)环境设备状态监控与故障诊断系统,由数据获取模块、紧急情况模块、状态分类决策模块、故障诊断模块和信息管理模块组成。所用故障诊断模型为扩展故障树模型,该模型合可靠性数据、事件发生的先验概率以及其他与诊断相关的信息。其诊断过程由设备控制器或状态监控系统产生的报警信号激活.先进行元知识推理,然后进行基于故障树的推理,最后定位到故障点。该系统巳在FFS-1500-2柔性制造系统上考核验证。A system for monitoring status of surrounding equipment and diagnosing faults in CIM consists of data-acquisition,emergency handling, status classification decision,fault diagnosis and information management modules. It receives the information from an extended fault tree diagnostic model having reliable data,probability event occured and other information available for diagnosis. Its diagnostic procedures are as follows:first, firing from alarm signals which come from the controller of an equipment or its moniotor system, then, meta-knowledge reasoning as well as reasoning based on the extended fault trees are involved and, finally, positioning fault resources. The system has been tested on the FFS-1500-2 flexible manufacturing system.
