摘  要:研究了元素C、V对高强度奥氏体不锈钢焊缝金属的强化作用。结果显示,提高C含量,具有明显的固溶强化效果,但C含量的增加导致大量碳化物在晶界上析出;提高V含量使细小弥散的碳化钒在晶内析出,产生明显的沉淀强化效果。在强化效果基本相同时,后者的韧性高于前者。The strengthening effects of C and V on high strength austenite stainless steel welds were studied. The results manifested that C had solution strengthening effect and V had precipitation strengthening effect. V strengthened welds exhibited higher toughness than that strengthened with C in the same strengthening effect. Increasing C content in the stainless steel led to the carbide particles forming in austenite grain boundaries while increasing V content may result in small and disperse vanadium carbide precipitates distributing in austenite grain.
