摘 要:采用静态旋转挂片试验法,研究了污水中Cl-、氨氮和COD对HSn70-1A铜腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,随着Cl-、氨氮和COD质量浓度的增大,铜的腐蚀率也增加。通过对试验数据进行方差分析,指出在试验水质条件下,Cl-和COD的质量浓度对铜腐蚀的影响不显著,而氨氮是影响铜腐蚀的主要因素。A research was conducted for the influences of Cl^- , ammonia and nitrogen, and COD on HSn 70-1A copper tube corrosion behavior using the static rotary hanging lamella method. The result shows that the corrosion rate of the copper tubes rose with the increase of the quality concentrations of Cl^- , ammonia and nitrogen, and COD. It was pointed out that under the condition of experimental water, the influence of the quality concentrations of Cl^- and COD on the corrosion of the copper tubes was not evident , and the influences of ammonia and nitrogen on the corrosion of the copper tubes was a major factor according to variance analysis based on the test data. It was also found that the corrosion rate of the copper tubes was beyond 0. 006mm/a when the quality concentrations of ammonia and nitrogen were over 6mg/L. Therefore, the quality concentration of ammonia and nitrogen must be below 6mg/L when reclaiming heat energy from sewage.
