摘　　要：目的:通过分析影响肿瘤化疗护理观察效果的因素,规范护理观察的职责和方法,提高护士对化疗不良反应的观察能力,保证病人的安全。方法:①加强化疗责任感教育,开展多种形式的培训。②选用观察评估工具,如生活质量(QOL)各项指标记分,WHO《抗癌药物急性与亚急性毒性反应分度标准》对病人进行系统、连续的观察。③发挥专科护士的骨干作用,对化疗护理观察实施分层次管理。结果:通过问卷调查显示化疗观察方法改进的有效率92.5%。结论:通过以上方法的应用,化疗护理观察效果明显提高,病人在化疗期得到了系统的全过程的有效监护。Objective： To normalize the responsibility and method of nursing observation to improve the observation ability of nurses to poisonous side-effect of chernotherapy and ensure the safety of patient by analyzing the factors which influence the effects of nursing observation to chemotherapy among tumor patients. Methods： Strengthen the feeling of responsibility to chemotherapy and carry out all kinds of training. Select appropriate observation and assessment tools to observe the patients reaction systemically and oontinuously, such as the store of quality of life （QOL）,the world health organization “anticaneer drugs acute and subacute toxic reaction grade standards”. Exert the backbone effects of the tumor chemotherapy specialty nurses, and implement management at different levels to chemotherapy nursing observation. Result： The effidency rate of amelioration of chemootherapy observation method is 92.5 % by a questionnaire survey. Conclusion： By using the above method, the effect of the chemotherapy nursing observation is improved singnificantly, and the patients could get systemic and full process effect monitor.
