论高校图书馆的经营与发展

摘　　要：网络资源的快速增长向传统方式经营下的高校图书馆提出了挑战,也带来了构建新型高校图书馆的机遇。高校图书馆是否能够再续辉煌,在于它们是否能够抓住机遇,走出一条特色化的发展道路。高校图书馆的业务定位、组织模式定位与职权明确、是否建立了有效的激励机制是其决定其改革与发展的优先考虑的基本问题,只有在解决了这些基本性问题之后,高校图书馆才有积极性展开对内部组织与资金资源合理配置、新型网络图书服务建立、个性化专业化服务展开、馆际合作等经营活动。The rapid development of network resources challenges the traditional management of college libraries and provides the opportunities to build new type college libraries as well. Whether the college libraries have the bright future is determined by whether they can make good use of the opportunities and make a characteristic way of development. The article analyzes and arguments some basic problems which is of highest priority and determines the success of reform and development of college libraries. They are the orientation of operating and organizing libraries, definitude of authority and effective prompting system. After these basic problems are resolved, it is possible for college libraries to collocate the internal organizations, capitals and resources reasonably, to set up new type network service of books, to spread individual and special services, and to develop the cooperation of between libraries. Furthermore, the article analyzes and explains this management.
