胰腺癌患者血清TSGF和CA199联合检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺癌患者血清恶性肿瘤相关物质群(TSGF)和糖类抗原199(CA199)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法应用放免法测定33例胰腺癌血清CA199含量,光电比色法测定TSGF含量,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果胰腺癌患者血清TSGF和CA199水平均非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),且与血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平呈明显的正相关。结论测定胰腺癌患者血清TSGF和CA199水平对临床的诊断和治疗均有十分重要的临床价值。Objective To study serum TSGFand CA199 levels in patients with pancreatic cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Detection of serum CA199 levels with RIA and TSGF level by biochemistry in 33 patients with pancreatic cancer and 35 normal controls. Results Serum TSGF and CA199 levels were higher than those in normal controls（P-（0.01） and CEA levels positively correlated（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Detection of serum TSGF and CA199 levels in patients with pancreatic cancer must be helpful in clinical diagnosis and treatment and has important clinical values.
