摘　　要：针对IC卡热量控制表中信息的安全问题,通过分析比较传统密码体制的DES算法和公开密钥密码体制的RSA算法的优缺点,提出了改进的三重DES加密方法,和一些其他信息安全措施,并将其应用于IC卡热量表的信息加密。Considering the information security in an IC-card controlling calorimeter, the paper puts forward an improved triple-DES and other necessary measures for the information security by analysing and comparing the merits and demerits between the conventional crytography-DES and the publickey crytography-RSA，These measures are used in the IC-card controlling calorimeter for encrypting data。
