非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术在高危冠心病患者治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术在高危冠心患者治疗中的效果。方法选择40例高危冠心病患者行非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术,其中2例术中行紧急主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP),7例预防性应用IABP。结果术后因急性肾功能衰竭死亡1例,平均搭桥3.5支,1例胸骨感染,2例2次开胸止血。无围手术期心肌梗死、中风等并发症发生。结论非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术对高危冠心病患者是一种安全、有效、可靠的手术方法。Objective To explore the curative effects of off - pumpcoronary artery bypass （OPCAB） grafting. Methods 40 cases of high-risk patients of coronary heart disease underwent off-pump coronary artery bypass grasting, and 2 of them received actute IABP and 7 preventive IABP. Results 1 cases died of acute renal faiure, 1 suffered from mediastinitis, 2 underuent re - operation, and the average of distal anastomasis was 3.5 times per patient. No perioperative myocardial infarctions or stokes occurred. Conclusion OPCAB grafting has proren to be effective and reliable in treating high-risk patients of coronary leart disease.
