中小型制造企业信息化现状调研与发展对策

摘　　要：介绍了浙江省中小型制造企业信息化建设的调研情况,在比较国内外应用情况后,指出了存在的问题,提出了公共信息资源体系、投融资环境、社会培训咨询体系、基于ASP的公共应用平台、信息化示范工程、政策法规、企业信息化应用、中小企业信息化人才队伍等方面的对策建议。It introduces an investigation of information technology application for small and medium - sized manufacturing enterprises （SMEs） in Zhejiang province. Based on contrasting with same thing of home and abroad, it proposes the suggestions, that include the common information resource, the environment of investing and financing, educating and consulting, the common application platform ASP-based, lead the way of SMEs, the policy and law of government, the method of information technology application for SMEs.
