国产重组酵母乙肝疫苗人体免疫效果研究

摘　　要：目的观察国产重组酵母乙肝疫苗的免疫效果。方法抽取200名乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染阴性的中专学生作为试验组,按0、1、6方案接种,接种后7、12、24、36个月分别抽取空腹静脉血,采用ELISA法检测抗-HBs和HBsAg。同时抽取200名未接种疫苗的HBV感染阴性的学生作为对照组,比较感染率。结果试验组全程免疫后,200名学生中有179人HBV抗HBs阳性,3年中HBV感染率1%(2/200),抗HBs阳转率达89.5%。对照组HBV感染率4.50%(9/200)。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论国产重组酵母乙肝疫苗具有较好的免疫原性和保护性免疫效果,能有效阻断HBV感染,预防乙型肝炎发生,降低乙型肝炎发病率,是具有较好的免疫效果。Objective To explore the immunological effects of recombinant yeast-derived hepatitis B vaccine （HBV） made in China. Methods 200 students from vocational schools formed the experimental group. They were found to be free from HBV. According to the 0,1 and 6 months of immunization program, fasting venous blood from these subjects was got in the 7th, 12th,24th and 36th month respectively to examine the anti-HBs and HBsAg through ELISA method. Another 200 Students without vaccination formed the contrast group. The infection rates of the two groups were contrasted. Results The experimental group received vaccination, 179 of them showed postive anti-HBs of HBV. The infection rate of HBV in the following 3 years was 1% （2/200）,the negative tranfering rate of anti-HBs was 89.5 %. The contrast group showed that the rate of infection was 4.5 % （9/200）. There existed significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The combinant yeast-derived HBV made in China has good imrnunogenicity and protective immunological effects. It can be used to effectively stop HBV infections, to prevent the occurrence of HB for its good immunological effects.
