摘  要:通过高分子材料自然老化实验前后力学性能的变化,研究了稀土偶联剂WOT对PP/CaCO3复合体系的老化性能的影响。研究结果表明,无机粒子经WOT处理后,体系的力学性能和老化性能均有一定程度的提高。老化180d后,经WOT处理的PP/CaCO3复合体系拉伸强度均高于未经WOT处理的体系,冲击强度均高于纯PP。在高填充情况下,WOT用量高的体系的冲击强度在整个老化过程中一直较高,老化180d后,其冲击强度是PP的1.8~2.4倍,性能保持率可达55%~74%。可以看出,WOT处理无机粒子不会加速PP的自然老化。The effect of a new coupling agent WOT on the ageing property of PP/CaCO3 was studied by measuring the changes of the mechanical properties before and after weathering ageing. The results showed after the treatment of inorganic particles by WOT, the mechanical properties of the composite were improved to a certain extent. After an insolation for 180 days, the tensile strength of the composite, in which CaCO3 was treated by WOT, was higher than that of the untreated composite, while the impact strength of the treated composite was higher than that of net PP. When the CaCO3 content in the composite was high, the impact strength of the composite, in which the WOT content was high, was always higher in the whole insolation. After an insolation for 180 days, the impact strength of the composite was 1.8 -2.4 times of that of net PP, and the retention percentage of the impact strength was 55 - 74 %, which showed the treatment of inorganic particles by WOT would not accelerate the weathering ageing of PP composite.
