摘 要:文章成功地建立了环己烷存在下,Na2SO3化学除氧环糊精诱导邻菲咯啉室温磷光法.与通氮除氧相比,化学除氧简便、快速,并且极少量(60μL)环己烷,即可产生很强的室温磷光.详细考察了影响邻菲咯啉室温磷光的各种因素,如Na2SO3浓度、环己烷用量等.实验表明,环己烷存在下,邻菲咯啉有较宽的线性范围和较高的灵敏度;邻菲咯啉在1.0×10-7mol/L^4.0×10-5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相对标准偏差为2.09%,最低检出限为6.85×10-7mol/L.Phenanthroline in the presence of cyclohexane was successfully determined with Na2SO3 as oxygen scavenger by β-cyclodextrin induced room temperature phosphorescence (CD-RTP). The method was facile and rapid, and a strong RTP was obtained compared with traditional deoxygenation technique with nitrogen purging. The effects of various factors such as Na2SO3 concentration, amounts of cyclohexane, on CD-RTP were investigated for phenanthroline RTP. The results shown that the phenththroline had a wide linear and high detection sensitivity. Good calibration curve of phenththroline was obtained in the range of 1. 0×10^-7 mol/L-4. 0 ×10^-5 mol/L. The standard deviation (RSD)was 2.09 % and the low detection limit was 6.85×10^-7 mol/L respectively。
