摘  要:研究了二苯卡巴腙化学键合硅胶和物理吸附硅胶的制备方法以及2种修饰硅胶的性质。结果表明:二苯卡巴腙化学键合硅胶的稳定性、使用寿命及最大富集量均高于物理吸附硅胶。在一定条件下,多种金属离子共存时,化学键合硅胶对痕量Hg2+、Cd2+、Zn2+和Cu2+有较好的选择性富集效果。考察了最佳富集条件,在适宜pH时,4种金属离子可同时富集;也可分步富集,选用不同洗脱剂可分步洗脱,从而达到不同金属离子与其他离子的分离。Two silica gels modified with 1,5-diphenylcarbazone were prepared based on chemical binding and physical adsorption approaches. Analytical characteristics of these modified silica gel have been investigated.The stability, lift time and maximum adsorption capacities of the chemically modified silica gel was found to be superior to those of the physically adsorbed one. The 1,5-diphenylcarbazone grafted silica gel has quite good application to the selective enrichment and separation of mercury, cadmium, zinc and copper from other metal ions at optimized conditions. The maximum adsorption capacities of mercury, cadmium, zinc and copper are 3.99, 12.8, 3.91 and 3.93μmol/g, respectively, under given pH, and these four metal ions could be enriched simultaneously, then eluted individually by suitable eluting agent. Therefore, one of the four metal ions could be separated from other three ions in this way.
