对经济周期形成原因的重新认识

摘　　要：马克思主义经典经济周期理论认为,经济周期是由资本主义基本矛盾所派生的,企业内部生产的有组织和社会生产无政府状态之间的矛盾,以及社会生产无限扩大的趋势和劳动人民有支付能力的需求相对缩小之间的矛盾造成的。该理论要比西方经济学中的经济周期理论深刻得多。但是,经济周期实际上是由市场经济体制造成的,资本主义经济制度在不同程度上强化了市场经济体制的弱点,社会主义经济制度则可以在不同程度上弥补市场经济体制的弱点。另外,经济周期不仅在市场经济体制下生成,而且还会通过国际贸易和国际金融在国家之间“传染”。Marxist economic cycle theory holds the points that economic cycle is derived by capitalist basic contradiction, the good organization in enterprises and the anarchy of social production results in e-conomic cycle, the infinitude expanding of production and the relative shrinking of effective demand of labor people results in economic cycle. Marxist economic cycle theory has more profundity meanings. In fact, economic cycle is created by market economic system, capitalist institution intensifies the weakness of market economic system in varying degree, socialist economic system can make up the weakness of market economy in varying degree. Economic cycle comes into being in market e-conomy and spread in nations by international trade and international finance.
